I started by getting all the sheets I made and started to attach them together and then wrapped around my body at first to get my measurements then put it on the mannequin to start adding to the dress. Originally made it with sorta like a choker neckline then changed it some to make it more complete with the dress so the neckline didn't look so distant
This is how I changed the neckline I kept it like a choker but filled in the space more.
I then made long sheets of rings and added the to the bottom to make it long and flowy.
